Termy Maltańskie is unique for its twin profile: it houses Poland's premier FINA-compliant 50-meter Olympic swimming facility on one side, and a sprawling 14-pool thermal aquapark on the other. The complex extracts mineral-rich thermal water from a subterranean spring 1,306 meters beneath Poznań at natural temperatures reaching up to 40°C.

The World of Saunas (Sauny Maltańskie)
The dedicated sauna facility is among the largest in Poland, containing 14 authentic heated chambers including a Kelo wood cabin sauna, herbal steam baths, an outdoor stone sauna garden, color therapy rooms, and regular master-led *Aufguss* infusion ceremonies.
